What a nice cafe! The food all has allergen and ingredient information, there's even a vegan pudding option. And while I only got a pudding, I'll definitely be back to try the coconut curry. The iced latte was very nice, not bitter at all and they provided agave syrup if I wanted to use it. I appreciate that they don't use single-user straws or syrup containers.
Their menu is somewhat limited but very forward-thinking and has something that will appeal to everyone. The names of dishes are in English, though the descriptions are fully Japanese, there's pictures for everything as well.
The vibe is great, they have a nice music choice and an eclectic array of chairs from rocking chairs to couches and a kotatsu.
The owners are kind and didn't bother me with needless chitchat as was preferred. Though if I wanted to chat, they seem kind enough to chat.

Read moreThis place is really interesting. The atmosphere has the feeling of a cabin in the woods or an island getaway. The have a small selection that is looks to be changing regularly.
It's also run by this couple that seem to have more of natural style for their food and lifestyle, but not totally hippie. Very welcoming and friendly.
They also have alcohol that looks to be local.
