Since moving to Tokyo, I have concluded that we might have some of the best food here in the world. In one day, you can find fabulous, ramen, inexpensive Izakaya deliciousness, and high-end dining as well. Even with all of the seemingly limitless options, Changing Moods more than holds it's own.
Changing moods offers a blend of Italian dishes like pasta, refreshing salads, and even Japanese options like Karaage. I have eaten here several times and do not have a wrong choice to report.
In addition to the exquisite food, Changing Moods also provides foodies with a calm, relaxing, and unpretentious... well mood (Pun somewhat intended). The loungy dimly lit feel, chill tracks of music, and friendly service make Changing Moods an excellent option for reading with a glass of wine, a casual meal, and even a date.
