Honnitogoyasuragi Park — Attraction in Tokyo

Great family park. Huge beautiful lawn, for picnics, sports, playing with the kids. A few big trees for shade from the sun. Jungle gym and slides. Space for kids to run, and to ride Striders. Many benches. Fully wheelchair accessible and stroller accessible. Very clean toilets, including wheelchair/handicapped-accessible, with diaper-changing table. Dogs are welcome (on a leash), so bring your dog along. There’s a drink vending machine, and water fountains with faucets where you can also wash your hands and get water for your dog. Very lively on the weekends, with lots of families. A bakery truck (Essen) makes a stop here every Monday and Thursday to sell fresh-baked pastries and bread, just after 11am, and then again just after 3 pm. Weekdays mornings from 9:30 am or so, the lawn and playground are filled with many kids from nearby daycares (保育園) having fun together and with their teachers. But at lunchtime, it becomes quiet and peaceful; a perfect shady place to sit and eat lunch alone, or read a book, is the beautiful big shady クスの木, with benches underneath, in the upper part of the park. After lunch, the park gets very lively on weekday afternoons around 2:30 pm or so — when the neighborhood kids get free from school — until the sun goes down, in the twilight, the park becomes very quiet and...

【2018年開園の綺麗な公園。日当たりも良く、マンションに囲まれた安心な立地】 ・丸ノ内線 中野坂上駅から徒歩4分、中野新橋駅から徒歩7分、の場所に佇む「中野区立本二東郷やすらぎ公園」さん。

・どうやら2018年に開園した公園のようです。 ・新しいこともあって、清潔感のある公園です。日当たりもとても良いです。また、マンションに囲まれていて、子供たちを遊ばせるには安心のスポットだと思います。

・様々なお子さんたちが、親御さんから離れて自由に遊具で遊んでいる姿は微笑ましかったです。 ・初めて訪問した見知らぬ子同士でも、気軽に声を掛け合って遊べる空間。そんな素敵なご近所さんが集まる、素敵な空間でした。ありがとうございました。
