がってん寿司 綾瀬店 Gatten Sushi Ayase Shop A short walk from 綾瀬駅 Ayase Station on the Chiyoda Subway Line (one stop past Kita Senju). Located on the second floor over a tonkatsu restaurant. Although I visited on a Sunday, I was immediately seated at the counter. Ordering is by tablet with several language options. Of course, I ordered some Kikuizumi Nihon shu. I generally order from the seasonal menu (often poorly translated). I started with my seasonal favorite, 白子ポン酢 shirako ponzu. It had a yellow nugget of seaweed that was texturally interesting. A generous serving of もみじおろし momiji oroshi (grated daikon with red chili peppers). I also ordered a trio of tuna sushi (akami, chutoro and otoro). Delicious. Followed by maguro chutoro aburi (lightly grilled). Great aroma. Kagoshima sourced tora fugu (tiger pufferfish) with pieces of skin. Finally some Gatten buri. I highly recommend this chain with far too few shops...

Fishes, Clams are good, tender fresh. It is kaiten sushi that have price different up to many kind of dishes. Not same price for all kinds. Taste fresh and delicious. I suggest my kids to go to eat and they are very happy and said...

Eパークで予約が出来ない状態だったので、「ネット予約が出来ないが、順番待ち予約が出来ないのでしょうか」と電話で問い合わせたところ、少々お待ち下さいと言われ、そのまま5分ほど待たされました。 その後、受話器が上がった音がしましたが、ざわざわという声がするだけで、店員さんの声は聞こえてきませんでした。(おそらく受話器を上げたまま放置されました) それを2回繰り返されたので、3回目に電話した時、途中で夫に代わってもらいました。 男声に変わった瞬間謝られ、すぐ店長に代わり、平謝りされました。男女で随分対応が違うんですね。笑

こちらとしては受付の順番待ちが出来るのかどうかが知りたいだけで、出来なかったとして文句を言うわけではなく、違う店に切り替えるだけなのに、 対応するのが面倒だったのか知りませんが、無為に時間を奪われました。

それを夫に伝えてもらったところ、結局予約が入りすぎているので、ネットの順番待ちを止めている、実際に来て順番待ちしてもらえれば、入れる可能性があるという答えでした。

ただ、口コミを見ると、すごく待たされたり、混んでいて頼んでいた寿司が来なかったりするらしく、今回の電話の対応からもそれが真実かなと、来店するのを辞めました。 今までは来店することもありましたが、ものすごく不愉快になりましたので、こちら...
