Onwell — Restaurant in Tokyo

レストランのマイナスなコメントを書くのが初めてですが、これが最後であって欲しいです。 もう二度と行きたくない店です。

同僚のおすすめで、お昼で一緒この店行ったのですか、まさかここまで塩対応されるとは思わなかったです。リラックスのために行ったのですが逆効果でした。

もしお客様がかなり多くて多忙でしたら、理解できます。自分と同僚を含めて全部で4人しかいないのにそんな対応されるとさすがに理解しがたいです。

食べ物は美味しいのに、勿体無いです。 女性の店員さんは最初から態度が冷たいし、呼びかけても最後まで話を聞かずにすぐ逃げるように去っていきました。お皿をさげていただけるかと同僚から敬語で聞いたら、はいと言ってくれたのに全然下げてくれなかったです。

歓迎されていないのはよう分かりましたので、 もう行きません。

It is the first time I write negative comments for restaurants, and hopefully it would be the last time. I shall never go to this restaurant again.

I went to this restaurant for lunch cuz my college recommended it to me, and did not expect to be treated in such an impolite way. I chose this place in order to relax, however it turns out to be totally the opposite.

If there were too many customers to handle at the same time, well then absolutely I can understand. But the situation was there were only 4 customers, including me and my colleague. So how am I supposed to find excuses for treatment like this?

It’s such a waste that delicious food without proper service. The female waiter was impatient and unpleasant from the beginning, even when we place the order she just leave the table right away, not even listen to our words till the end. Even my colleague asked with Keigo, that if the waiter could take away the dish we finished, she replied as yes but still not doing it.

I’m pretty sure that we were not welcomed, so I will never show up over...

Nice family owned shop. A Japanese take on traditional Italian dishes focused on homemade fresh ingredients. The owners were friendly and patient and the service was fast. The atmosphere was intimate and cozy. You get to see your food being prepared, which makes it feel more homemade. Prices are really reasonable as well for the quality going into the food.
