They forgot my order. I ordered again when they asked if the order was all right... It was taking too long for my order to come so I asked about it, the told me to wait... After a while I decided to leave and I asked for cancelling thee order. One of the waiters complained when I asked why they didn't came to my table to tell me if the order would take a while...

This was my second time having the Beef Hamburg Steak with Demi-Glace Sauce lunch, and it was incredibly delicious. The mini salad and sunny-side-up egg served on the same plate as the hamburger steak made it very convenient and enjoyable to eat. The sauce is said to include beef, red wine, and the acidity of tomatoes, which paired excellently with the 100% beef patty. It was very tasty. The lunch soup also had the rich flavor of beef and the sweetness of onions, so I had several refills. I was able to enjoy the combination of the sunny-side-up egg, salad, hamburger steak, and rice until the very end. It was a wonderful...

三年ほど前から今まで何度も来店してます。 店の広さの割に従業員が少ないのか、いつも結構待たされるイメージです。が、挨拶などはしっかりしてくれてましたので特に嫌なイメージもなく利用させてもらってました。 今日久しぶりに利用すると、入り口のところでしばらく待たされ（それはいつも通りだったのですが）お会計のために出てきた店員さんが目があったのにいらっしゃいませや、少々お待ちくださいなどの言葉もなくそのまま放置。今までそんなことなかったので無視するのかーと思いながらその後も待っていました。 が、完全放置だったので嫌になり裏から出てきた店員さんにこちらから声をかけ空いていた席に座りました。 声をかけていたから入店したことに気づいたはずなのにシルバー類を持ってくることもなく、その後の接客も今まで利用した中で最低でした。今日のこの時間帯だけかもしれませんが、一人くらいしかまともな態度の店員さんがいなかったです。今まで女性の店員さんもいて料理の提供は遅かったにしても雰囲気は悪くなかったので今回の残念な店員ばかりだったのは残念です。バイトが入れ替わるまでしばらくこないかも。。 2025/2

以前クチコミ書いて低めの評価つけてました。 前よりスタッフさんの対応が良くなった気がします。日本語が不慣れっぽい店員さんもいますが、一生懸命やってて好感持てます。 基本的には料理は美味しいし、値段が安いのでそこまで期待はしてないので(ごめんなさい…)最低限の接客をしてくれるだけ...
