すし銚子丸は他県で何年も通っていて、品質と味には信頼を置いています。 初めてお伺いしたここ赤羽店も、同様においしかったのですが、今回何より感動したのは、職人Ｕさんから受けた接客でした。 こちらの店舗はタッチパネルがなく、注文は紙で書いて職人さんに渡す形式です。都内の最近の回転寿司チェーンでは少し珍しいかもしれません。 伺う前はそれが気がかりでした。 なぜなら、職人さんに声をかけるのが苦手だから。 忙しそうにしているのを見るとつい気を遣ってしまい、タイミングを逸してしまうんですよね。。思えば、忙しない雰囲気の中で食事するのも、あまり好きではありませんでした。 それがＵさんの接客によって、これまでとは全く違うひと時を過ごせました。 Ｕさんはお若そうなのにとても落ち着いていて、スマートで、とにかくゆったりとした雰囲気。 混雑していても全く慌ただしくないから、ゆっくり時間が流れているように感じるのに、注文から提供まですごく早いんです。 高速で握っているようには見えないのに、不思議と何組もの注文を同時にこなし、さらにレーンに品を流し、各席を回っておすすめの品を売り込み、入店してきたお客さんの対応もしている・・・！え、どうやって？ 注文・提供時も非常に物腰柔らかで、いただくお寿司はもちろんおいしく、美しかったです。 極めつけは会計時。 私たち一人一人と目を合わせながら「本日はお待たせして申し訳ございませんでした」と声をかけてくださいました。 実はＵさんに交代する前に担当してくださった職人さんがまだ駆け出しだったようで、提供まで少し待つことがありました。 私たちは全然気にしていなかったのですが、そうやって気にかけていただいたことがうれしく、また驚きでした。 居心地の良さも含めて、再度伺いたいと思えるお店でした。 長文になってしまいましたが、久しぶりに飲食店で感銘を受け...

L'expérience d'une chaîne de resto japonaise de très bonne qualitée. On s'y sent immédiatement à l'aise. Les commandes se font sur une tablette devant soi, qui peut être mise en anglais si besoin, et chaque élément peut être commandé séparement si nécessaire, le paiement ne se faisant qu'a la fin au comptoire, donc pas de risque de trop commander. Les employés y sont très sympathiques, et m'ont même offert une tamagoyaki tandis que j'hésitais encore sur ma première commande.

Je conseille tout particulièrement le karaage, avec une bière au gingembre pour les non-amateurs d'alcool comme moi.

Je n'ai cependant pas vu de bol de riz blanc sur la carte (que j'aurai voulu avec le karaage), mais je pense que cela peut être demandé sans problème...
