I go there every day since I arrived here. And they are very welcoming,very sweet and Friendly. As a foreigner who studies Japanese but I just know few words by now and yet they are very patient with me and helps me to get my pronunciation better. They can definitely see that I'm trying my best to learn and they cheer me up. So that motivates me to go there every day to get some coffee and to practice my Japanese. I stopped by Starbucks to wait for a friend and grabbed a matcha latte with oat milk. It was creamy, sweet, and delicious, making for a nice treat. The atmosphere was relaxed, and I had a good time just...

昨日このお店でコーヒーを飲みました。モバイルバッテリーを忘れてしまって、本日電話で問い合わせたところ、女性の店員が「そのような忘れ物はありません。昨日の忘れ物ではないモバイルバッテリーは届いていますが。」と冷たく言われました。そんなはずはない！と思い、わざわざお店を訪ね店員さん（おばちゃん店員）に声をかけると、「先程も伝えましたが忘れ物はありません。他の忘れ物も届いていません。」と冷ために言われました。あれ？なんか電話で言われたことと違うぞ...？と思い、昨日座っていた席を見るとモバイルバッテリーがそこにありました。は？？色々とありえないだろ？？清掃、確認とかちゃんとしてるのか？などと思いながら店を出ましたが、電話対応の女性（おそらく30代）もおばちゃん店員も全く悪びれた様子なし。マジでありえない...。ものを忘れた自分が悪い。だが、謝罪求む。
