やまめの塩焼きが絶品！注文を受けてから焼くようだから多少時間はかかるが、焼きたてのやまめは水分がしたたる程ジューシーでしっとり柔らかい。川魚は美味い、と改めて思った。定食は豪華。大きな御膳に沢山のお皿がみっちり乗っている。大きめのお茶碗にご飯たっぷり。お味噌汁も熱々。瑞々しくツヤツヤの刺身こんにゃく。その他の大小の小鉢は日によって変わるようだ。(緑色のヤツ美味しかった。)らぁめんは醤油と塩味。優しい沁みるスープ。麺が手打ちだそうで、お店の外から窓を覗くと大将が作業している。お店の脇に3台、直ぐ近くの交差点辺りに2台の駐車場あり。お店は南秋川の崖っぷちに建っている。椅子席や小上がりなど、テレビ番組も見れるが、窓に向かって設けられたカウンター席の眺めが良い。また食べに来たい。平日ランチのカツ丼にチャーシューなしの小ラーメンが付く...

檜原村にある有名店に行ってきました。 近くに鉄道が通っておらず、車かバスで行くしか無いというなかなかいくのが難しいお店です。 奥多摩に行く手前に寄っていくと良いかと思います。 11時開店ですが、10分前に行きました。 店内に入りメニューを見ます。 せっかくここまで来たので、一番豪華な「ちゃーしゅーわんたんめん」にしました。 1330円です。 窓の外にはすぐ下に川が流れており、渓谷となっていて非常に素晴らしいです。 紅葉の頃は混み合うことでしょう。 しばらくして着丼。 器からも趣があります。 チャーシューもワンタンも入って豪華ですね。 外の景色と調和して、より美味しく感じられます。 麺は中細麺です。 柔らかめですが、自家製麺で美味しいです。 ワンタンも良い味を出していました。 檜原村に行ったらぜひ立ち寄りたいお店ですね。 ごちそうさまでした。
