This chain restaurant is one of our favorite. Our dinner was great, service was a bit slow because there was only one staff here where he promptly and eagerly did his job the way he could. Meals doesn’t look much of presentation but the taste were nice and delicious. Drink bar is always fun for me. Dessert was a bit of disappointment, chocolate lava cake was not what i expected. ２０２１，３、２５ テイクアウトの冷凍餃子を買ったら、 餃子がメチャクチャくっついている状態で冷凍されていて、剥がそうにも剥がせず、無理に剥がそうとすれば、皮同士がくっついて餃子に穴が空く始末。 （４０個ほぼ全てがくっついて１塊の状態でした。尚、持ち帰るのが遅くて解凍されてくっついてしまったわけではないです。）
そもそも、冷凍餃子の持ち帰りだけで頼んだのですが、店員さんが厨房の方へ引っ込んだあと、渡されるまで想定以上のタイムラグがあり、店で使えなそうな、くっついた餃子をあえて選定していた為、このタイムラグがあったんじゃないかとも思いました。（店内は全く混んでいないし、他の会計待ちの客も無しの状態）
渡された時点で、妙に固まってるなと思いましたが、大丈夫かなと思い、持ち帰りましたが、あまりにひどい状態の為、袋パッケージ記載のお客様相談室へ連絡しました。
当方、すかいらーく株主であり、優待券を使いましたが、今回は残念でした。
改善宜しくお願い致します。
