鳥栖市弥生が丘、「鳥栖プレミアム·アウトレット」のフードコート内に出店されているラーメン屋ブースです。ご存知「博多一風堂」のチェーン店ですね。フードコート形式なので料金前払い、呼び出し端末を渡され、配膳や下膳は全てお客様が行うセルフ方式となっています。当然全席自由席で、多数のテーブル席が用意されています。さてラーメンですが、今回は最もノーマルな「白丸元味」を頂きました。コクと旨味が際立つ博多系とんこつスープとなっています。麺はストレート細麺、具は厚めのチャーシュー、もやし、キクラゲ、ネギといった構成の一杯です。良くも悪くもブレの少ない、独特の工場直送の味、とでも表現しておきます。大盛り対応なし、替え玉制あり、各種トッピング対応ありとなっています。一応一通りのサイドメニューやセットメニューも用意されているので、安心して利用出来ます。因みに、こちらの店舗オリジナルのメニューは「担担麺」となっています。 確か出店当初は「IPPUDO RAMEN ...
