先月利用しましたが、二つあるレジで一つしかあいておらず、店内は行列。 その一つを新人さんがやっていて後ろで店員さんが指導。

まだ、慣れていないのか向いていないのかは分かりませんが、地獄のような空気… ドリンクもどこを押せばいいか分からず、困り果てていて。 ケーキを渡して、皿に移さずそのまま渡そうとする新人さん。 そこに割って入る店員。 ちょっとみてとゆっくり指導。増える行列。 心なしか笑顔が暗く、涙目の新人さん。 使えないみたいな態度の店員。

うーん、ちょっと周りを見よう？ 少し捌くか、もう一個レジ開けてから指導したら？と。

これじゃ、この新人さんは辞めてしまうよね… と...

鳥栖プレミアムアウトレットの中には、飲食店はあまり多くありません。フードコートは広いけど、落ち着いて食べられない。なので、私はアウトレットで昼をまたぐときはタリーズコーヒでランチします。お食事メニューもあります。今回、ツレとパスタのセットいただきました。おいしかったです！店内広くて、モールに人がごった返しているときでもわりとゆっくりできます。カウンターで注文して、運ぶのはセルフなのでサービスは星３つにしましたけど、いつもきれいで快適でおいしいから好きです。
