Woody — Restaurant in Towada

Impressively good steak 🥩! This is a nice, cozy restaurant with some great food. Perfect for a date or with family, I really liked the small Christmas touches they made.

A couple caveats:

👉 Our steaks arrived undercooked, we requested well done and medium well. They came as medium rare and medium rare.

👉 We overheard the chef saying "this is medium well, they want it "well well done", but I am very familiar with cooking and my mother is a certified chef in 3 cuisines, it was medium rare at best.

👉 I wish more restaurants would pay attention to their water. This restaurant had great food but used what tasted like tap water which tasted unfiltered.

👉 The sirloin? steak on the menu looked huge while the shrimp steak skewers looked reasonably smaller. When we received our food the sirloin was very small and my shrimp steak skewers were BIG. The steaks were delicious though 😋!

After the steaks were cooked more, we were very happy with our meals!

前から気になってたいたのですが知人からの評判が悪く遠慮していましたが突発的にステーキが食べたくなりお邪魔しました。注文したのは1日限定10食の国産牛ステーキセットとお口直しにレモンスカッシュです。セットの内容はステーキ肉、サラダ、スープ、ライスになります。結論から言うと正直美味しいのですが値段に見合った価値には感じられませんでした。これは個人の意見なのですが他店と比べて美味しくて安い店があるからですが……でも不味い訳ではありません。スープも美味しいしサラダも新鮮に感じました。注文時に飲み物のお出しするタイミングも聞かれずステーキの焼き加減も聞かれてなかったのですが来て納得の肉厚でしたw...
