Very cute little local and authentic bakery by lake Toya! The lady was busy in the back making the bread and the gentleman was at the cashier. Both extremely friendly and warm. I recommend the chocolate bun and the red bean and butter bun. Their honey and sausages also looked excellent! There was also a young man making fresh coffee outside the bakery which was delicious.

We had the triangle bread and brown rice bread. The triangle bread has a nice peppery/smokey flavor. Brown rice bread has a nice crust and is very chewy and stretchy. It is a must buy if you're in the area. I've traveled to Japan about 7 times, each time trying several bakeries, and this is the best bread I've tried here so far!

This is an amazing artisan bakery. They bake in a stone oven that they built themselves, use organic flour from a farm nearby.

The quality is superb. We had the fig sourdough and the raisin walnut. Both were chock full of fruits and nuts. Way beyond the 20% level.
