上海湯包小館 イオンモール豊川店 — Restaurant in Toyokawa

We ate here at Toyokawa Aeon Mall. We had a mistake in ordering using the tablet so we immediately call a staff to said what happen, we call them twice using the tablet but no one came. So I quickly look for a staff near us, when I saw a staff we explain to her what happen and ask if we can cancel the order. We are very apologetic for what happened, she said that she will tell it in the kitchen but a men staff came (I am not sure if it was the manager) His asking why we are cancelling the order and we explain it, his face was mad and like dissappointed. He just walk away and we saw he cancel it in the tablet. When we are waiting for the new order to arrive I saw him glaring with us with an angry face! After we received some of our orders we found out that we had incomplete order so when the staff ask if we had a question,we told that there was an incomplete order then she again go to the kitchen then the Men staff (the one that I am not sure if it was manager) gave the remaining order his face was mad as usual. While paying the bill he did not offer to my kid to get the toy from the kid set we order. We were uncomfortable eating the whole time...

結論、料理は美味しく、店の雰囲気やサービスもイオンモールということや、値段を踏まえると想定の範囲内でこんなものではないかと思います。なので総合評価2.6...

主に愛知県内で展開する「上海湯包小館」さん。イオンモール豊川にあるお店に行ってきました！ 「上海湯包小館」さんは、愛知県14店舗・岐阜県1店舗・東京都1店舗、計16店舗展開するローカルチェーンです。「スガキヤ」さんで有名な｢スガキコシステムズ｣のグループ会社で、｢株式会社ファイブレシピ｣という会社が運営しています。 あの馴染みのある｢スガキヤ｣さんの系列でこんなジャンルも展開しているなんて意外だし、知らない人も多いでしょうね～

此方の小籠湯包は、小籠湯包の最高峰としてグルメたちの人気を集める、台湾の｢紅陶上海湯包（高雄市）｣というレストランから学んで取り入れているといいます。そのレストランの小籠湯包の素晴らしい味と感動をそのまま日本で再現するため、総料理長を招き、全面的な協力を仰いだそうです。

色々な点心があって、今の時期はハロウィンまんがあったりするんですね。

小籠包か湯包かは皮の中に入っているスープが多いか少ないかの違いみたいなので、それだけスープの量にはこだわっているようです。普通に美味しい小籠包です。スープ量もかなり多め。ただ、皮は厚めで台湾にある本当の銘店の小籠包の水風船のようなタプタプ感はないかもです。とはいえ、日本のチェーン店としてはクオリティーは高めだと思います(^^) チャーハン系はあまり好みではなかったですが、小籠湯包は美味しかった！

息子も小籠湯包を美味しそうに食べていて、ハロウィンまんが特に美味しかったようで、みんなで2個注文しちゃいました(^-^)/
