Kyorakuken Ekimae — Restaurant in Toyokawa

When I first visited Nagoya around 9 years ago, I visited this area for the famous shrine and accidentally tried the crispy type of eel which is mesmerizing and i couldn't forget it for years. So this time I paid a visit again to this place to enjoy the eel again. I am not sure if this is the one I visited before, I only know this serves crispy eel also. The place is cozy, only 4 tables and each has 4 chairs. i can see most of the times all tables are occupied while customers keep coming and leaving . The menu is all in Japanese so I used Google translate. I understand most of the sets come with a dessert which I don't like. So I pick the one without it and it costs 3650 yen.. It comes with an eel rice bowl, a soup and appetizer. Again this is the eel that I am looking for and it tastes excellent. If I can request, I prefer the sauce is separate from the rice so I can control how much to use. Anyway, I enjoy this meal very much and I will visit again next time. 営業日は注意してください 平日オープンで土日はお休みです 平日なのにお客さんが多いよと聞いてましたので11時オープンに合わせて訪れました 駐車場はお店の隣にありますが とても少ないです 駐車できない時は 駅前駐車場の割引券がでるとのことです

甘めの濃いタレに絡んだうなぎを炭火でしっかり目に焼いた　香ばしくパリッとふわっとしたうなぎです 美味しくてうなぎ→ご飯→うなぎ→ご飯の繰り返しがなくなるまでエンドレスです

まずはお櫃の中で4当分に 1回目はお茶碗にそのままよそって食べます 2回目は薬味を乗せて食べます 3回目は薬味と出汁をかけて食べます 4回目は‥‥私は出汁をかけて食べました

豊川稲荷門前商店街入り口にある美味しい鰻のお店。 大きな器にうなぎが二層に入っていて、たっぷり食べられる、「うなぎかさね」がある。 しっかりとした焼き目のうなぎ。

金曜日11時に到着。すんなり入れた。 11時半を過ぎる頃、お客さんが続々と入店。 持ち帰り予約をしていたお客さんも入店があった。

うなぎ定食(上)4,000円 京らく弁当2,750円

うなぎと、うざく、吸い物、ごはん、新香、デザートのセット。

焼きが強めなので、ふっくらした蒲焼が好みの人にはダメかもしれないけれど、香ばしい蒲焼で美味しいと思う。 うざくの酢の物もさっぱりしていて、箸休めにちょうどいい。 デザートはたっぷりの杏仁豆腐でした！ マジで、うますぎにゃん！
