McDonald's — Restaurant in Toyonaka

We made a drive-thru order for several items including 2 kids happy meals. After returning home with the food and opening one of the bags, we noticed one of the happy meal toy bags appeared to be covered in a black, sticky, smelly substance. We initially dismissed it as spilt old BBQ sauce, but upon closer inspection realised it was all over the inside of the paper bags and on the food we had received. It looks to be either some kind of debris from a dirty grill or perhaps, even worse, the floor.

We immediately called a customer phone number and the incident was recorded, however, the best they could offer was a new happy meal toy..... No refund, no explanation as to what this seemingly serious health and safety breach might be or that it would be looked in to. Just a free plastic...

Probably the slowest McDonald’s in the entire multiverse. Do not go here unless you have at least a few hours of your life and you don’t mind wasting due to piss poor management resulting in excessively long waiting times

April 2024 update: absolutely no improvement in management. The staff will spend 10 minutes doing a single McCafé order for one person when there are 5 people or more waiting to order from the main menu. And they can see people are waiting but do nothing about it. Just get rid of the...

McDonald's Review Stopped by for a quick bite while driving past. The parking lot is spacious and convenient. Staff were friendly and provided great service.
