My Patience was tested by this place. I would give it a 1 star however the food is delicious so I gave it 2 stars.
I live just 3-5minutes away from this establishment. recently I noticed that they had some renovations done and as of 05/22 I noticed that it posted "RENEWAL OPENING"
-05/23 Dinner timer at 19:05 we took queuing ticket from their EPARK Service monitor. -After around 15minutes I and my wife was able to get a seat @ table 012.
-A staff asked for our dinner set, normally I and my wife would go Premium however since we are not very hungry we chose just the most basic on around 3078 (with tax).
-Our initial order arrived after 3-5minutes from we first keyed it in using their tablet application. (somewhat decent), however every order we push in the response time gets slower and slower.
Problems: [MENU] There was no English menu which is okay for us however the design of their MENU User interface is very confusing. if you tap on the image nothing happens, as you should tab on the bottom left or bottom right button with ”??タレ” written on it.
Other shops usually prompts an option to select with "soy sauce" or "salted" after you tap an image, while other shops does both. you can either tap the variant image directly or tap the image and be presented with a choice on the next page.
[SERVICE] Because of the confusion on the MENU, our order was mostly "BASIL" based (since we were not able to order the beef menu due to the UI being misleading).
BASIL based dishes tends to stain a lot on the barbecue grill.
[Sooth Smeared food all the way] When we discovered we can order the Beef variants our barbecue grill was already really dirty due to burnt basil sauce. we asked for Grill change at around 57minutes remaining on our timer. up until the timer ended our grill was never replaced. so we ended up eating food with Soot as additional flavor.
I am not sure if I will be able to recommend this shop to other people, there is no way for me to verify that their service has change as I do not plan to visit the place again because I don't want to pay 3078 again to experience the same service. [which is too bad because they recently just did a "RENEWAL".
I took a picture of their tablet, the items Shaded In Green simple never came. the items Shaded in Yellow/Orange were eaten cooked with a dirty grill.

新しくなった店舗は個室っぽくなっており、リニューアル前よりも狭く感じます。その代わり配膳ロボットが基本は来てくれるので、注文した時に空いたお皿など乗せて持っていってくれる為、頼みすぎなければ大丈夫かなと思います。 ★特に人数が多い場合は事前確認して予約したほうが無難です
奮発して至福コースを選択! 初回は牛タン塩を注文するも、何故か厚切りカットが提供されました。 メニューの写真は薄切り且つタブレットでも確認済で間違うはずもなく…。もちろん美味しいのは美味しいんですが、ちょっとがっかりです。 ★本社HPにて7/31付のお知らせでメニュー切り替えでそうなっているのを確認済です。ご注意下さい。 (ただ自分達は7/31よりも前に来たので、モヤりました)
至福コースなので好きなものを好きなだけ注文できて色々と味見しましたが、お肉は全体的に臭みもなく、まぁ無難かなと思います。 ★薬味で注文できる刻みネギが色々と使えて美味しいのでオススメ! ★フェア開催中であれば折角なので…と基本的には注文していますが、現在開催中のお肉は固くてこれだけNGでした
