DAONGAN — Restaurant in Tsu

I/we have been to a lot of Filipino restos through the past 2 decades plus here in Japan and i can personally say that this is the best by far! Friendly staff, you can request what you want on how to cook your food the chef is so polite and kind. The atmosphere is family friendly and quiet not like other filipino resto that's like a club or a cabaret with noisy near table drunk or old ladies doing karaoke and dancing like pole dancers! The hospitality and care at daongan is by far the best, even though we live far(hour and a half drive) we still come again and again. I could never recommend this enough and we love it. Better Filipino Food than most restaurants in the Philippines!

Worth the price, big servings and great taste. While waiting for your food to arrive, you can shop around for Filipino products in their store.

O ambiente é dividido em duas partes: loja e restaurante. Tanto em um quanto no outro, a variedade é imensa. Impossível escolher só algumas coisas no meio de tantas coisas interessantes na loja e impossível provar todos os pratos do restaurante também. Tanto o dono do lugar quanto os funcionários são super simpáticos ❤️ Foi a minha primeira experiência com a culinária filipina e posso dizer com toda a certeza do mundo que amei ❤️ Interessante pra mim é que os pratos e sabor super lembram a culinária brasileira, mas quase todos com um “quê” de adocicado e apimentado no final. Um pouco complicado de fazer os pedidos pois não há explicações nem em japonês e nem em inglês, o que te deixa somente com algumas opções: ou você coloca o nome de cada prato no google e vê a foto rapidinho ou você escolhe “no escuro” alguns pratos ou você pede socorro pra cozinheira ❤️🤣 Confesso que fiz um pouco de tudo 😆❤️ Mas como disse: super amei.!O único arrependimento é não ter me arriscado antes ❤️
