Yūki Shrine — Attraction in Tsu

27, February, 2024 visited. Stormlike strong wind made me so anxious about the condition of plum flower yesterday at Yuki-Shrine in Mie Prefecture, but it was in vain, no problem inside. 津駅よりバスで２０分ほど南に下り、結城神社バス停よりすぐです。車で行く場合でも、広い駐車場があるので、そんなに困りません。

二月末に訪れましたが、ちょうど梅の見頃で、壮観でした😄

伊勢への観光バスがたまに立ち寄るらしいですが、やや狭い道を直角に曲がったすぐのところに鳥居があり、それをくぐらないと駐車場にはいけないので、運転手泣かせの場所になつているようです。まあ、プロのドライバーは見事に曲がっていきますが。

本殿の傍らにおみくじが売っており、100円でした。梅園の外にも、ある程度梅はありますが、中には圧倒的に多数の梅が咲いていますので、是非中に入られることをお勧めします。ちなみに入場料は、以前600円でしたが、800円に値上げされました😔

出店が出るときもあり、訪れたときは、２軒ありました。

It is a 20-minute bus ride south of Tsu Station, just a short walk from the Yuki Shrine bus stop. There is a large parking lot, so you won't have much trouble getting there by car.

I visited at the end of February, just in time to see the ume plum blossoms, and it was spectacular 😄.

I heard that sightseeing buses to Ise sometimes stop by, but it seems to be a difficult place for drivers because there is a torii gate right after a right-angle turn on a rather narrow road and you have to pass through it to get to the parking lot. Well, professional drivers can make the turn with aplomb.

Omikuji (fortune slip) is sold near the main shrine for 100 yen. There are a certain number of plum trees outside the plum garden, but inside there are by far the largest number of plum trees in bloom, so I highly recommend that you go inside. Incidentally, the admission fee used to be 600 yen, but it has been raised to 800 yen 😔.

結城神社（ゆうきじんじゃ）。三重県津市藤方。

旧別格官幣社。建武中興十五社の一社である。

主祭神：結城宗広（白河結城氏）。

資料によると、 結城宗広は後醍醐天皇の鎌倉幕府討幕運動に参加し、建武の新政以後の南北朝時代にも南朝方で戦った。北畠顕家親子に従って二度陸奥から京に向けて攻め上ったが、帰国の途中で難破し、伊勢国で没した。その墓と伝えられる場所には、塚の上に六体地蔵が置かれ、結城塚と呼ばれていた。

1824年（文政7年）、津藩の藩主藤堂高兌により社殿が造営され結城神社と呼ばれるようになった。

1879年（明治12年）に村社になった。翌年三重県を訪れた明治天皇が、200円を祭祀料として寄付した。これを機に結城神社の社殿改築、昇格の議論がおこり、県が内務省に願い出て、1882年（明治15年）に別格官幣社に列せられた。 とあります。

参考として、 白河結城氏（しらかわゆうきし）は、日本の氏族。下総結城氏庶流で宗家と区別するため白河氏、陸奥結城氏とも呼ばれる。戦国時代には陸奥国南部の白河地方を支配する戦国大名となった。 鎌倉時代に結城氏の祖・小山朝光が得た白河庄に、朝光の孫・結城祐広が移り住んだのが白河結城氏の始まりとされる。

後醍醐天皇が鎌倉幕府に対して挙兵すると、結城宗広（祐広の子）が新田義貞の鎌倉攻めに参加し、後に後醍醐天皇より宗家に代わって結城氏の惣領と認められた。建武の新政においては宗広の子・親光が三木一草と称される有力武士の一人となり、親光の兄・親朝は奥州府の式評定衆として陸奥守である北畠親房・顕家父子を...
