2024,4,28 燕三条ラーメンが有名と聞いたので目的地の途中でランチに立ち寄りました。 まだ誰も並んでなかったので道の駅を散策してから訪れるといつの間にか行列。。。 並んで大盛を販売機で購入し受付で注文。 混雑時は席が決まってから受け付ける様です。 ラーメンは醤油ベースに岩のり、メンマ、チャーシュー、刻み玉ねぎが背脂の上に乗っていて、背脂が効いて、甘味を強く感じます。麺は太麺でモチモチ感がとても旨く感じます。 味変に胡椒を少しずつ投入し、満足...

ここは 麺処潤が食べられるんで、ラーメン潤が好きな人には手軽に食べられていぃかも

で、ここのメニューで地元学校給食にて人気っていう「トマ味噌カレー」っていうのを食してみました 850円でサラダと給食みたいに牛乳付き

味はイケる！ トマトの酸味とカレーのスパイスがいい感じで共存しあってる もちろんトマト🍅苦手な人には無理だと思うけど、これは人気だっていうのもわかる オススメ♪

リニューアルしてから燕三条系ラーメンの潤が入りました。が、麺とスープ等のみで作るのは以前からのスタッフさんの様です。 券売機で購入しますが、高めな印象ですね。岩のりラーメンが¥1,030は時代なのでしょうか。千円オーバーなんですね。 味は悪くないのですが混雑時は、かなり待ちます。時間に余裕が無い方は他の潤で食べた方が早いかも。
