I was in Japan craving authentic Thai food and came across this restaurant while searching online. Lucky for me, I decided to give it a try! Unfortunately, when I arrived, the restaurant was already closed. Just as I was about to leave, the owner stepped out to greet me.

After chatting, I mentioned that my wife and I are from Thailand and how much she missed the taste of home. To my surprise, the owner—despite the restaurant being closed—kindly offered to cook Pad Kra Pao Chicken just for us.

When the dish arrived, we were blown away. The flavors were spot on—just like eating at a local Thai street food stall back home! I couldn’t believe I was experiencing such authentic Thai food in Japan.
