鮪一 — Restaurant in Tsuchiura

Quite rough service at first glance. But this is how they do service and in fact it seemed quite popular place for local people. Not friendly at all but they are kind enough to help customers. Dishes are quite a lot of amount for the price. Hygiene is a concern. Zashiki, tatami floor, is dirty. I believe no one leave tatami such dirty even at home. Here’s a restaurant, too dirty. And menu book is also dirty that I didn’t even like to touch. Menu sign was all over the wall as well and it just confuses that to pick so that I had a o touch and open the menu. I had dombiri with a small size of ramen, the ramen was unbelievable. Not hot, just warm or already almost room temperature. spinach wasn’t heated, still raw so that when I chewed it, it was bitter. Fishes and fries were ok so far, but I had such bad ramen first and in such dirty tatami zashiki, so every thing that I ate with concern, that was a bad experience I had in countable times ever before. This is smoke free place but smelled from back door, my zashiki was just next to back door. 平日12時に訪問。12時半頃になると続々とお客さんが来て、あっという間に満席近くなっていました。店内は4人掛けテーブル4卓とお座敷があります。 お水はセルフサービスです。冷たいお茶、温かいお茶もあり、ソフトドリンクは一杯無料です。 お店のシステムについては何の説明もないので、お水を取りに行った際に無料ドリンクと無料サラダがあることを知りました。サラダはたくさん作り置きしてあり、常温で置いてあるので、野菜は乾燥していて美味しそうに見えませんでした。サランラップくらいはかけてもよいのでは…と思いました。

今回は『まぐろ・ネギトロ・イカソーメン盛り合わせ定食1397円　フライ・小鉢・サラダ付き』を注文。

イカソーメンのイカはかたいです。ネギトロはトロの脂の旨味を楽しみにしていたのですが、ごま油がかかっているため、トロの味が消されて残念な感じです。 フライはひと口食べてみると甘みがあり、中身は灰色でまいたけの味がしました。まいたけコロッケなのか？ウェイトレスさんに聞きましたが返答なしです。お店の料理ぐらいは把握しておいてほしいですね。ライスも美味しいとは言い難いです。料理を食べ終わると同時に御膳を下げられてしまいました。
