私は醤油ラーメン( *´艸｀)甘めの醤油です。 ボリューミーで玉ねぎ、メンマ、もやし、長ネギチャーシュー薄切り二枚、ワカメ入ってます。 麺は固めでお願いし、ネギトッピングしました。 固めでも柔かめに感じるコシが強くないタイプですが小麦のお味が感じられ美味しいです。 中太縮れ麺です。この界隈だとどちらのか聞き忘れました。角屋さんのかな？？？ スープは甘めの醤油味です。 チャーシューはハムのようなタイプです。
