Villa Napoli — Restaurant in Tsurugashima

We visited Villa Napoli on a Sunday, and overall the food was tasty, but the experience had some ups and downs.

Food:

We skipped the all-you-can-eat pizza because it looked underwhelming. The waiter walks around with small slices and offers them, but they didn’t seem to come by often.

Instead, we ordered a pizza and pasta. Both were flavorful and enjoyable.

The pizzas are on the smaller side. Honestly, one hungry person could probably finish one alone.

Atmosphere & Service:

The place had a steady flow of customers, which says a lot about how good the food is.

Unfortunately, the environment could use attention. Menus were sticky, the drink bar looked grimy, and the corners of the floor weren’t clean.

It was hot inside. It didn’t feel like the AC was on, and the unit itself looked dirty. The poor worker taking our order had sweat rolling down his face.

Menu Setup:

The biggest drawback? The menus.

There are three separate menus with endless options, add-ons, drink sets, drink bar, and all-you-can-eat choices. Instead of being helpful, it just made things confusing.

Great value for money and a fun system. You can do a course where you pick a mains and either salad or soup plus all-you-can-eat pizza. If you arrive and order before 11.30 you get one of the daily desserts for free - a lucky dip type system, you don't choose the dessert. You also get to choose one drink then help yourself to as much tea and coffee...

県道沿いのお店です。 空いていたので入りました。 まず最初にお伝えします。 味は美味しかったです。

しかし、ランチ時のみが、ピザの食べ放題だったみたい。残念

久しぶりにナポリに入ったら、 注文もメニューもすっかり変わっていました。

ドリンクメニューの選択も テーブルに置いてあるだけでは 理解できない表示の仕方でした。残念

ピザをいろいろ食べれると思って入ったのに 鶴ヶ島店は、ランチとディナー時間のみ開催されるみたい。他店は分かりません。

ランチ&ディナーのピザに関しての表示は入り口にあるのですが多分初めての人は理解できない表示。 中に入って定員さんの説明もリピーターへの説明のようで一回聞いただけでは要領を得られませんでした。残念

入ってしまったので、お腹も減ってたし、そのまま着席しました。

ドリンクメニューも確認しないと分かりづらい表記でした。

ドリンクバーの場所も壁を挟んで二カ所にあったのですが その説明がなく、興味で足を踏み得れなければ 半分のドリンクバーから選ぶ羽目になるところでした。 自分で見つけなければ、いけない事に残念

初見同士で入ると、何回もモヤモヤすると思います。

パスタは生パスタと乾麺を選べるメニューもあり生パスタを選びました。

お腹減っていたので大盛りです。 色々食べたかったピザをやめてしまったので お腹も減っていたし、ちょっとやけ食いでした。

パスタはもちもちしていて、美味しいです。 あじも最高です。

チリオイルは店員さんに声がけして貰えます。 タバスコ&取り分け皿はドリンクバーの辺りに 置いてあります。 これも説明が無く、自分で見つける事ができたので使用する事ができました。

お店の店内のインテリアは、可愛らしくデートには良さそうです。

しかし 最初はリピーターの人と入るといいかも知れません。 初めて同士で入店すると結構モヤモヤしながら 食べる事になりそうです。 連れはかなり苛々してました。
