This is probably the best Italian restaurant I have ever been to, inside and outside of Italy. The venue is perfect, it really feels like a Tuscan Villa overlooking the amazing town of Chijiwa and Tachibana Bay in the distance. The chefs are incredible and take care to introduce themselves and talk to you and explain every dish. 伺った日は予約で満席だったのですが、接客も急かされる感じなどなく穏やかで、イタリアのマンマが作る料理と、繊細なレストランの盛り付けが融合した素晴らしい料理をいただきました。

自然派ワインも美味しく、ジビエがこんなに美味しくいただけるのにも感動しました。また、イタリアはシエナで修行されたご夫婦の本場のトスカーナ料理をいただけるお店は雲仙市でも珍しいかなと思います。

地元野菜、地元のお魚やお肉、雲仙で育ったものをその景色を観ながらで食べられることがとても贅沢だと思いました。

シェフのお二人も本当に良いタイミングでお料理を出して下さり、なかなか他で飲めないビールやワインを合わせていただきました。

素材によって料理が毎回変わるそうで、シェフもレシピを残されていないそうです。

一口、一瞬の為に毎回新しい料理を作りあげる情熱や妥協しない追及心は食べる人への愛だと思います。感動...
