ラーメンまさご — Restaurant in Urakawa

I got milk curry ramen (pictured) and my husband got miso ramen. He said his was good, and mine was fantastic! The base was curry, so it was spicy, but the milk took some of the edge off, so eating the noodles and such was perfect, but it was too spicy to drink just the broth. I usually can't handle anything spicy though, so I was surprised at how much I loved it! The shop was small, with only 6 counter seats and no tables, but it wasn't busy at 11:45 on a Sunday. The owner was really nice and talked to us the whole time we were there even though our Japanese is just okay. 塩ラーメン850円でした。もやしとチャーシュー、シナチクのシンプルな札幌ラーメンですが、とにかくスープが美味しい！ラード？のコクがとても濃厚なのに、あっさりとクドくなく、後を引かないので全部飲んでしまいたいくらい美味しいです。もやしと麺も問題なし。チャーシューは小ぶりですが柔らかくて味の強いとても美味しいチャーシューでした。ぜひまた他のメニューも食べてみたいです。 後日、１番人気の味噌󠄀カレーラーメンにチャレンジ。スープはさらさらでスパイシーなカレーの風味と味噌󠄀が見事に噛み合っています。苫小牧市のらみだに近い味ですね。濃厚なので、具がもやしとシナチクと薄いチャーシュー一枚だと少し物足りない。煮卵とか、厚めのチャーシュー何枚かを加えるとかなり満足感が高くなると思います。 味噌󠄀カレーは十分美味しかったのですが、普通の塩ラーメンがあまりに美味しいし、ここでしか食べられない味なので、個人的には塩ラーメンが圧勝だと思います。 醤油ラーメンも850円でした。油のコクがあり大変満足感が強い濃いめの味わいなのに、醤油のあっさり感が絶妙に調和し、クドさが全く無い素晴らしいスープ！このスープだと麺ももやしもチャーシューもとても美味しい。特にホロホロと崩れるくらい柔らかいチャーシューは塩の時より大きく厚い気がしました。スープとマッチしてめちゃめちゃ美味しいです。 お店的にはカレーラーメンが押しのようですが、個人的にはシンプルなスープがめちゃめちゃ美味しい塩か醤油を強くお勧めします。お安い...
