Solid basic ramen done right and served quickly in a clean modern new place with friendly helpful staff. I like places with few choices but which execute well. The spinach/collard greens topping is a pleasant and welcome surprise. They institute covid measures to include temperature checks and have nearby parking (I snuck in a nearby big store's lot though--shhh!). No English menu, but really, why would you even need one?! Clearly a popular 2-man operation judging by the locals...

オープンと同時に入店 茹で麺機の準備が出来ていなかったのか、麺を普通の鍋で茹でていたせいか、麺も【普通】にしたのに固い。 味は美味しいので、開店準備不足は勿体無い

先日はごちそうさまでした。 とても美味しかったです。 味たまらーめん 普通、普通、硬め オーダー🍜 スープの味に関して 「『普通』はライスと一緒に食べて丁度いい濃さ」 といった案内文が壁にありました。 "濃い味好きだから大丈夫！"とライスを注文せずにスープ普通でオーダーしました。 1口目にスープを啜った時は塩味に少しビックリしましたが、食べ進めると、麺にスープの美味しさがしっかりと絡んですっごく美味しかったです。 味がしっかりしているのでスープはほとんど残しましたが(勿体ないことしてすみません🙏🏻)麺からスープの味をしっかりと感じられて満足感と多幸感でいっぱいでした。 いつもスープを最後に結構飲んで背徳感and罪悪感を感じながら家系ラーメンを食していたので、麺と具材だけでここまで満足感あると私としては凄く嬉しかったです🙏🏻🤍 チャーシューもすごく美味しくて、旨みと豚の甘みが麺によく合いました。 ほうれん草の存在も大きかったです。 にんにくを入れて味変を楽しみました。 いつもにんにく以外の味変をしないのですが、ゴマとかも次回試してみようかな💭💭 夫が薄めでオーダーしていたのでスープを1口貰ったら、薄めなのに全然薄くなくて、自分の食べなれたラーメンスープの濃さで飲みやすかったです。 次は薄めにしようか…… だけど普通が美味しかったし…… と悩みます🥹 チャーシューめん、薄め、普通、普通 チャーシューめん、普通、普通、普通 次はどっちをオーダーしようかな〜なんてここ2.3日考えてるくらい、あの美味しさが忘れられません🥲✨
