This is one of the best Thai restaurants I’ve eaten from living in Okinawa. I was seeking lunch but was craving Thai food. The reviews about the food definitely helped me to make this choice and the taste of the food matched. I ordered chicken pad Thai, the Khrua Thai wings, fried spring rolls, basil stir fry with beef, and Tom kai Gai with shrimp. Everything tastes authentic and so flavorful. The pad Thai was one of the best I’ve eaten since visiting Thailand and from my next door neighbor who is Thai. Everything was prepped to order which I appreciated because it was fresh and hot tempered. The spring rolls had a nice crisp. The wings had just the right amount of seasoning and perfectly cooked. The shrimp were huge and everything was so delicious. Don’t worry about the food being too spicy because you choose your spice level. I am so glad I chose to order from this restaurant. The customer service is Phenomenal, all the ladies greet you and can speak English well. I ordered to go but the atmosphere seemed cozy and welcoming. I also liked the fact it was 6 mins from MCT base where I live. The food was so amazing my family decided to go back for dinner. To conclude they do take card if not having yen. I most definitely would recommend to any and everyone to try this place out. You...
Read moreAll of the food was very good. The staff are very friendly. The shrimp in the tom yom are quite big, they also give a pretty decent sized portion of rice with it, the Thai omelet is very good, the fried spring rolls are great. I dont remember what my wife had as her main but it was very good as well. You can pick how spicy you want all of your food to so nothing comes out unbearably hot unless you want it to be. The Thai tea was not to sweet but it was sweet like you would expect it to be and was very good with spicy food. The portions are pretty good sized as well especially for the price. They bring about 6 small peaces of pineapple out before your meal complementary and is always a nice start to...
Read moreJapanese-Thai, or Thai-Japanese, the flavors here are hard to define, but nothing close to “authentic.” The papaya salad was pretty, sitting in a bowl of liquid, but was much too salty, lacking any balance of flavors or nuance. The phad see ew looked unappetizing, but was the best dish of the evening, a bit salty but otherwise nicely flavored. Instead of the usual wide noodles in this dish, the restaurant uses small, round ones. The green curry was thin and watery, over salted, and lacked the coconut milk that makes Thai curries stand out. Service was friendly, parking plentiful (a couple buildings away), and facilities clean, but for Thai flavors, this is...
