My husband kept telling me that he wanted to visit this spot to relive his younger years. I finally made time tonight to go.

Upon walking in, a bell alerts the staff that someone's here. We were greeted and seated quickly. The atmosphere was eclectic. But just about everything reminded me of the Hibatchi chain I grew up with.

We ordered. Me: shrimp dinner and a pineapple Mai Tai. Him: tenderloin dinner and an "onion flower".

The dinners came with soup (creamy and mildly flavored), salad (small, pre-dressed), and rice (soft and warm).

My pineapple Mai Tai was a show stopper but for the price and what I wanted, it wasn't worth it. The portion is entirely too small with half of the bottom carved out and tons of ice.

The "onion flower" came out half overcooked and half undercooked. I think it's a new menu item, and I highly recommend removing it. It was very greasy and the breading fell off too easily.

Our main meal was good. The steak and shrimp were nicely cooked, served with steak sauce and melted butter respectively. The potatoes were cooked with onions and peppers. I was disappointed to bite into one of the potatoes that was rotten (with that familiar taste of bad potato). The bean sprouts were perfectly cooked, not too soft or too crispy.

While the staff was very friendly and accommodating, the food needs better quality control and the menu should be modified a little. It seems they need to invest a bit of time and money in...

Loved our first visit to this teppanyaki spot!

We live close-by but because this restaurant is kind of tucked away in the back, not near anything else, we hadn't tried it yet. Tonight that changed.

The staff are all so welcoming, friendly and professional; our whole night went so smoothly and we had a great time. The menu has a list of different meats and weights you can order, but I'd recommend to do a combo which includes steak, chicken and shrimp. It also comes with a soup, salad and bean sprouts, as well as free soda. Alcohol can be bought separately. They have beers, wine by the glass, whiskey and cocktails. The mai tai is served in a pineapple and you can eat the chunks in it too!

The chef that cooked our meats was lovely. He made sure he had everyone's order correct, had a wonderful smile, and was experienced at his job. Everything tasted soooo good!

The only downside to this restaurant is that the suction above the grill seems to just be fore decoration, because it was definitely not working. I'd say the place was about half full by the time we left, and my eyes started to hurt from all the smoke. My hair as well as my clothes smelled terrible afterwards, just like when you sit around a campfire. So now I know that next time, I won't be wearing fresh,...

My husband and I wanted something simple but flavorful. This had been our first time eating at Steak Capital. So we decided to have a date night. The atmosphere was cozy and very clean. The staff were friendly and welcoming as well as polite. I ordered the steak butter scallops which were very flavorful and delicious. They didn’t seem frozen and were very fresh. The chef allowed me to record as he prepared our food hibachi style. I ordered the combo meal which came with steak, shrimp, and chicken. My husband ordered the steak and we both got garlic fried rice. Everything taste good but the next time I think I’ll just order the steak being the chicken was a little under seasoned. Still good. You have the choices of soda, beer, wine and liquor. Water comes with your dinner. I will recommend this place to anyone who’s missing hibachi style food and that’s affordable. They are also a kid...

If you're craving authentic Japanese teppanyaki without the flashy show, this place is a must-visit. The atmosphere is traditional and relaxed, perfect for a cozy meal. The meats here are top-notch, cooked just right every time. You can taste the quality in every bite. Overall, a fantastic spot for delicious teppanyaki without all the extra frills. Five stars all the way!
