おすそ分け膳を食べました。料理はとても美味しかったですが、接客に難あり。 入店してすぐに、思春期を脱しきれていないと思われる若い男性店員さんがいましたが、ものすごく小さい声で（いらっしゃいませ・・）と言われ、一番奥の、景色が見える2人がけの席に座ろうとしましたが、椅子の上に土とホコリがかかっており、座れませんでした。 その後、先程の若い男子店員さんが、注文とり・配膳・食器下げをしてくれましたが、全て無言でした。通常は一言かけていただく場合が多いのですが・・ また配膳の際に中年女性店員さんから「ななめに座ってください」と言われ少し椅子を移動しなければなりませんでした。そういうなら、なぜ初めからそのように椅子を配置していないのでしょうか？ このように料理の味付けは美味しかったですが、接客・店舗管理の面では、昨日今日始めたような素人感が拭えませんでした。料理が美味しかったので星2ですが、それがなければ星0です。

以前から夫婦で時折ランチを食べに行っています。特にランチのおすそわけ膳が美味しいので大好きなカフェの一つです。最近読んだ情報雑誌で新メニューが増えてたので久しぶりにランチを食べに行きました。 開店11時頃だったので私達を含め2組の客だけでした。新メニューの和風と洋風ランチを頼みました。30分経っても料理が出てこなくて...主人が頼んだ和風ランチが一番に運ばれ、10分後に洋風ランチがやっと運ばれてきました。先に来店した客も洋風ランチだったようですが（笑）

新メニューのお料理は「シェフ？料理長？作ってる人が変わったのかしら？」と思うほど以前とは異なり全体的に薄味でした。また個人的な感想ですが白飯を仕切りの無いトレイ（おぼん）に直に盛り付けないで、せめて握り寿司のようにバランを敷いた上に...
