2024.6 成田の空の湯へ行く途中でタイ料理が食べたくなり立ち寄りました。牛肉入りラーメンと鶏モツの炒め物を注文しました😄鶏モツは砂肝でちょい辛くてめっちゃ美味しい✨反面ラーメンは甘めの味付けでこちらも美味しい✨タイの方が調理してるだけあって本場の味✨他の料理も気になります❗サービスでスイカくれました☺️お店は綺麗で店内には色々な調味料が販売されてます😃ちょっと賞味期限が気になるけど(笑)今のところタイ料理店では１番かな✨☺️

2024.6 成田の空の湯へ行く途中でタイ料理が食べたくなり立ち寄りました。牛肉入りラーメンと鶏モツの炒め物を注文しました😄鶏モツは砂肝でちょい辛くてめっちゃ美味しい✨反面ラーメンは甘めの味付けでこちらも美味しい✨タイの方が調理してるだけあって本場の味✨他の料理も気になります❗サービスでスイカくれました☺️お店は綺麗で店内には色々な調味料が販売されてます😃ちょっと賞味期限が気になるけど(笑)今のところタイ料理店では１番かな✨☺️

レストランとしての料理は、サラダ類のナマモノ(葉物、青物)も含めて期待通りの新鮮な野菜で甘辛酸っぱなタイ料理の味がとても美味しかったです。 辛さについてはお好みで指定が出来ますが、唐辛子何本？と言った感じですから、微妙にイメージしづらいですが親切ですね。 ちなみに三本だと大辛レベルで汗だくになるレベルで、大丈夫か心配してくれました。 麺(フォー)物も日本のラーメンとかに寄せておらず、甘味の強めな味付けで本国風です。 卓上に据えられてる調味料を使って自分でカスタムして食べるタイ本国方式で楽しいです。 調味料（シーズニング）や食材（生スパイスや乾物、冷凍食材）の販売もしており、初見の食材やハーブの使い方のレクチャーもしてもらえました。 ご主人は日本語がまだ良く分からない様子で寡黙ですが、奥さんが結構堪能なのでメニューの説明や好みの相談にも乗ってもらえますので、いつもメニュー解説を愉しみな...

先日初めて訪れて通常メニューのカオマンガイを食べたのですが、とても美味しかったのでリピ。今回はランチメニューのガパオライスをオーダーしましたが、こちらもGood。「世界で最もおいしい50種類の食べ物」第1位に選ばれたマッサマンカレーもあるとの事なので、次回トライしようと思っています。
