I first came here because I wanted to find a nice bar in the area. I read another person's review that the Irish Coffee was good so it was my first drink. It was fantastic and I was immediately hooked. Meguro-san is very knowledgeable and takes recommendations for new bottles to buy and recommend to other visitors. Closed on Tuesdays though, so beware.
