Extremely disappointing to say the least. My husband, my mom and I were very excited to eat and drink coffee there while weโ€™re in Fuji for only a couple days, but even though half of the seats both outside and inside were empty, the staff members came out and just said โ€œnoโ€ without an explanation. Just no, no. My mom asked if she means like there is a wait or something? She said โ€œOh yeah, 30 minute waitโ€. So we waited outside but my husband went to clarify since he speaks Japanese (but heโ€™s white) and they immediately seated us. While sitting down I realize we were the only foreigners in there, insinuating that they were turning us away immediately because we were foreigners. It felt so disappointing the be discriminated against again since I am Hispanic and I do get this from other places. We ended up feeling way too uncomfortable to stay and order so after a couple minutes we just got up and went somewhere else to eat. If youโ€™re a tourist or a foreigner and want good food and donโ€™t mind a bit of a wait then go to The Park right next store! They...

What a brilliant little place. I sat here for over an hour enjoying their cheesecake and ice latte and signing postcards to family and friends. I didnโ€™t realise that the closing time was 16:30, but the lovely owner saw that I was still not done with my postcards and offered me to stay and finish whilst she cleans and closed up the shop. We had a nice short chat (as short as my extremely limited Japanese allowed), and then she even gave me the directions for the bus, and took some photos of me outside with Fujisan in the background. ๐Ÿ“ธ โ€œSay cheesecake!โ€ ๐Ÿ˜Š Thank you again for your kindness! Iโ€™d love to come...

The service staff in the store were extremely rude. I came here just for taking photos, but they wouldn't let customers move around. We could only sit in our assigned seats, not even allowed to stand outside. However, if new customers came in, they would force us to change seats, even if we had arrived earlier and were already eating. It was a really bad experience. The food and coffee were both frozen solid and tasted terrible. This photo was taken when we had already sat down, but the waiter...

Food is decent and the location is amazing, it has a great view on mount Fuji. However the reason I gave this 5 stars is because of the owners. Very sweet and friendly people who are willing to engage in interactions. At the end they offered to take a picture of me with mount Fuji and they even gave me a printed picture of mount Fuji. It was very not needed or necessary but the thought behind it is appreciated. When I left, one of the owners waved me off. Sweetest owners Iโ€™ve met in a while!
