口コミを見て行ってきました 20210618の19:00頃、団体さんがいて、他は私だけでした

ナショナルリーグ200gとアメリカンリーグ300gを試しました　大体1000円/100gなのでそれなりの値段かと思います どちらもさほど差はなくて美味しかったですナショナルの方が少し赤身が多く、アメリカンはリブロースかな 焼き加減はレアでしたが肉が薄めのカットで直ぐに焼けてしまいましたが、硬くならなかったです 焼きすぎても柔らかさを保つ点、脂身の美味しさはうりになるかと思います 惜しいのは下味なのか、バターなのか、醤油タレなのかわからないですが、肉の味は感じにくかったところです　味付けで肉が安く感じてしまうので、アメリカンビーフの美味しさだけでも勝負できるのではと感じました 味付けは塩胡椒で十分いけます ニンニクはガーリックチップと、醤油漬け？の生ニンニクを自分で潰すタイプがあり、どちらも良かったです

ヒレがなくなっていたのは残念ですが、次回はハラミを試したいと思います

店員さんは丁寧でとても好感が持てました 付け合せが飽きるからと、マッシュポテトはそのままですが、一皿分のコーンとニンジンを玉ねぎに変えてくれました
