pizzeria fortuna — Restaurant in Yokohama

Very cozy place with real brick pizza oven. Delicious pizza and pasta, especially the spicy tomato carbonara. Busy on weekends but worth the wait.

Sat near the kitchen and was surprised to watch every meal be prepared without anyone using gloves. Salad was plated with no gloves, fish sliced with no gloves. Seems like there is a sink near the kitchen but I'm not sure. I am sure that no gloves were used. Maybe that's common in restaurants but it's the worst to see it in front of you... especially during a global pandemic. The taste is good but my family doesn't want to back after...

◆お店の雰囲気 お洒落で雰囲気の良いお店でした。 店長さんの趣味なのか、店内にはミニオンやスターウォーズのフィギュアがさりげなく居るので、探してみるの楽しいかも。 あと、店員さんのタイミングが絶妙で印象に残ってます。(お冷のおかわり、お皿の回収の時、会話の切れ目で来てくれてたので)

◆食事 ポテトはチーズがかかってて美味しかった。しょっぱいもの好きな人におすすめ。 三種注文したピザは釜焼きで生地がもちもち美味しかったです。 マルゲリータは酸味のきいたトマトとチーズの組み合わせが美味しく、さっぱりめの仕上がりでツルッと入りました。 次に来た鶏肉とキノコのピザは最初のマルゲリータよりもあっさりとしていて、これもまたツルッと。 最後のイカとアンチョビのピザに来て、急に満腹感が来て食べきれなかったのですが、イカがプリッとしていて、アンチョビの塩気とマッチして美味しかったです。これはお酒がほしいかも……？

◆デザート これまでいろんなプリン食べてきたつもりなのですが、これまで食べた中で一番好みでした。 そのまま食べても口の中で溶けていくのが幸せだったのですが、カラメルがガツンと苦めで、組み合わせるともう幸せで……。 量もなかなか多めでしたが、ペロリとたいらげてしまいました。

◆減点理由 食事とデザートが文句なしに美味しかったのに対して、ドリンクが少々残念でした。 ドリンク自体は売りではないとしても、組み合わせを考えると、もう少し違ったものだと...
