My recommend is chef can reduce salty taste thus Umami is included well, guess such a little salty taste is kept in order to get everyone's taste and 1st bite attractive. We usually dine in the Ginza branch which is good but this branch to deck out to another level. A set meal starts at mid 3000Yen to 7000 Yen ish for the top set. We also go for the 6000 Yen set and it comes with 10 courses.
