The food was great here! The owner speaks English and was very kind and welcoming. The decor is really nice too. I got the fried oysters and fish which were really yummy. The soup and pickles were really good too. Husband got the fried chicken which he enjoyed. It is near the DL office. It's a great...

平日12:40 前客0、後客も0、店内貸し切りのお昼ごはん。 二俣川駅から徒歩4分くらい、二俣川フォルテの一画。 二俣川駅、全く生活圏ではなく初めておりた。かなり大きな駅ビル、エキナカは人も多いなぁ。初めての街はワクワクする。そしてどんなラーメンあるのかな？と開拓も楽しい。色々とお店を探していたけど後予定の関係もあり、ローカルで駅チカのこちらを訪問してみた。 食券機の横に、ご飯1杯無料のPOPが。なぬ？？とすると組み立てが変わる。先人のレビューをみていた際、家系風だったり、ライトな家系というのをよく目にした。だからどちらかというとラーショぽいのかしら？というイメージも妄想する。ならば 醤油ネギラーメン（1100円）、サービスライスを 大将とおかみさん、ご夫婦なのかな？お二人でオペレーション。赤色のカウンター席が6席、2名がけのテーブルが2セット。フリーWi-Fiが店内に完備されてる。ありがたいが長居になっちゃったりしないかな？（とも思ったら、ラーメン提供後、大将が何かしらのYouTube見られてる。なるほど、Wi-Fiの然るべき使われ方） 着丼のフォルムは正にラーショのネギラーメンを彷彿とさせるネギぶちかましビジュ。たまらずネギから手を伸ばしてみると、おや？ラーショの正にあれを彷彿とさせる期待どおりのネギ、ちょっとだけアクセントの辛味にごま油の香り、ネギネギしたフレッシュさが美味い。そんなネギをざくっと掴み白飯に乗せる。そうネギ飯、これが食いたかったんだよー正解！ スープはなるほど、家系風と言われてる方は、もっともっとド濃厚でグラグラのスープがお好みな方なんだろう。サラッとしたとても飲みやすい濃度とお味のスープで、すっとしたキレがある。お好みを麺かためのみにしたのでこれが正にデフォの味とすると決して薄いとかではなく、滋味深い味わいで、むしろこのくらいのサラサラ感の方が良いって人も少なからずいると思う。 麺も美味い。啜るとしっかりと風味溢れてくる。少し平打ちの中太ちぢれ麺で足も短い、家系でスタンダードに目にするタイプの麺だが、スープが濃厚ドロドロじゃない分、麺味が立ってる気がする。 ニンニクと豆板醤は卓上にはなく、お声がけすると出してもらえる。ニンニクを依頼、粒粒ニンニクを飯に乗せ、スープひたひた海苔巻き巻き飯で食らう。うん、間違いない。 完飲はしなかったけど食べ終わり時にはほぼスープもなく。ごちそうさまでした。
