This place is the real deal. Hot food, drink, and people ! I suggest trying the food it's really good for a cafe - dessert favorite is pecan pie. I'm not sure why it's called Portland tho - it is located in Japan.. 🗾

The food and coffee was excellent and the staff was very kind. They have a baby chair so our boy could enjoy waffles and caramelized banana, he loved it! The view is cool. The place is new and crisp.

If you like a place with an ocean view, high ceiling, and a minimalist design, with a warm cup of coffee in your hand, and friends by your side, then it's easy to lose track of time here. Also, the staff can easily charm you with their hospitality. Oh yeah, and they have the best baby chair I've ever seen...
