We were hiking when we accidentally bumped into this cafe with beautiful nature around it. So peaceful and relaxing. The old guy serving us was so kind. He was worried that we will get bitten by mosquitos and brought us some protection. Overall great experience. Thank you ojisan for your kind service!

今日はパンが好きな下の娘の為にローゼンベッカーへ。昔、武山にあって移転した、緑にかこまれた一度は訪れてほしい素敵なカフェです♡ すっごく素敵なんだけど、そこに行くまでにはめちゃくちゃ急な坂道が。。車で坂道を登るのが苦手なあたしは前日から気合を入れて眠れなくなったくらい(T . T)←ビビリ 対向車も来ないでなんとかお店まで登り切り、無事に到着。日曜日の昼だからお客さんたくさんかと思いきや2組だけ。 このお店はちょっとしたルールが多く、2時間までの利用。飲み物は必ずオーダーする。（登山客が多い場所なので）泥汚れがある方、汗をかいている方はテラスを利用する。など色々ありますが、店内でゆっくりするには本当に良いところ(^ ^) クロックムッシュ、いちごミルクスムージー、アールグレイ、レアチーズケーキ、生桃のショートケーキを注文。クロックムッシュは中にチーズとハムが入っていてトロトロ。パンも美味しい♡いちごミルクスムージーは結構しっかりしていて果肉も入ってる！生桃のショートケーキ。見てわかってもらえるかどうか疑問だけど大きいの！そして桃の果肉がしっかりしてるのに甘くてジューシー。衝撃的でした！ 帰りにハードの食パンを購入。好きな大きさでカットしてくれると言うので6枚切りにしてもらったよ(^^) 娘がお礼にとアマンディーヌを買ってくれました⭐︎あたしこれめっちゃ好きなの！嬉しい(^○^) ここは2000円以上の利用ででクレジットカード支払い可能です。現金あんまり持ってきてないからよかったです⭐︎

一言で言うと「威圧感漂うカフェ」です。 他の方の口コミで「接客態度が悪い」というコメントがあったので気になっていましたが、まさにそれを体験する形になりました。

この店のオーナーであろう1人の女性スタッフの視線と言動の節々に、客に対する苛立ちと不快感をひしひしと感じます。キッチン近くの席に座ったので、いっそうそれを肌で感じてしまいました。

入店から笑顔はなく鋭い視線でこちらを凝視。終始、監視されている感を受けます。他の客の注文を取るときも、やはり同様に無機質な応対。スタッフに対する言葉もひどく威圧的で不遜。

近くに客がいるにもかかわらずドタバタと動き、食器の片付けもガチャガチャとうるさい。わざとやっているのかと思ってしまうくらい。帰り際も、会計で前の老夫婦が小銭の取り出しに少し手間取っていると、明らかに苛立ちの表情で無言のプレッシャーを与えていた。

おそらくこのような接客姿勢は、今日たまたま虫の居所が悪かったとかではないでしょう。なぜなら、駐車場や入り口、店頭の立て看板、テーブルの上には "〇〇しないでください...

女性店員の態度がとても悪い。いつ行ってもそう感じます。雰囲気が良いのでただ残念です。味はとても美味しくドイツの紅茶を使用しているので行きたくなるのですが、自分の精神が元気な時でないと行きたくないですね…傷つきたくない方は行かない方がいいです。this is exactly how i feel and observe when we eat there. So frustrating. The lady is very unhelpful !!! She told us we cant eat our bread that we bought there we spent 6000yen for small lunch and alot of bread I ordered spaghetti and it was awful the noodles tasted like it was old expired in the box tasted like a boiled cartoon! We will never go back there again.. the road was too steep and oneway road scary . I regret it very much why we went there! Atmosphere is bad because of people working there. If im not with my son with me I probably screaming at that lady.. i do not...
