Kazu-san was the premier chef! His delectable creations make me eager to return! His restaurant was listed in the 2015 Michelin Guide. He was so attentive and very polite. His small space did not feel crowded at all while sitting at the table, but the was a bit of strange clutter was easy to overlook. Hygiene was not an issue and was very clean while cooking and preparing food. I learned that he professionally trained for a number of years in Italy! Having been to Italy (and my absolute favorite meal I have ever had in my life was in Italy), his menu was delicious, perfectly petite and I wanted to try it all. 2015年ミシュランガイド横浜川崎湘南に掲載されたお店で、フランスのトスカーナ州シエナ町で修行した。お店の名前はココから取った。マスターさんが大変気さくなお方なので、直ぐに打ち解けた会話を楽しめます。マスターは実は飲兵衛さんでワイン、日本酒、焼酎にウイスキーなど店舗内にいたるところに置いてあるので、眺めて居るだけでも楽しくなります。運が良ければ、試飲させて貰えるかもです。ランチコースの特にパスタ🍝が最高に美味しかったです。サラダとパスタ、パンかデザート、コーヒーか紅茶のセットで1500円とリーズナブルです。昼間からのPREMIUM　MOLTSもパスタとの相性が良かったです。店内には、ハートの箱🎁に入ったスイスチョコがカカオ72％ビターを一個50円で購入出来ます。私もチョコ🍫好きなので、購入して食べましたが、香り、甘み加減、口溶けの三拍子揃った最高のチョコを堪能しました。これはリピーター間違いなしです。間違い無く横須賀市追...
