Great little coffee shop. The proprietors are very friendly and helpful. They have a good variety of coffee beans for purchase and they have a clear system that shows the acidity, sweetness, and bitterness of each of the beans. 2023.6 先月に奥様から酸味系のコーヒーも是非と、オススメいただいたので来てみた。 コーヒーもなのですが、前回購入したベルギーチョコも購入🍫 また、色々なコーヒーを試してみましょう‼️ でも、入れる人が私なのが問題だとわかってきた今日この頃（笑） -------------------------- 2023.5 ブラジルのショコラ豆を取り扱っていそうなので、再訪購入してみました。 とても親切に教えてくださり、また他のものも購入してみようかと😄 変わったチョコレートも扱っていて、購入してみました。 また、伺いたい‼️ -------------------------- 気になっていたので伺いました。 天気も良くて珈琲日和🤗 販売がメインなんですかね？テーブルが2席。 よくコーヒーのことはわからない馬鹿舌ですが、たまに外で飲みたくなります。 入れていただくコーヒーは美味しい☕️ ケニアと言う苦味のあるものをいただきました。 シフォンケーキのいちごも🍓 初めてのいちごシフォンケーキでしたが、こちらもふわふわで美味しかった。 大き目のシフォンケーキでした。 ほのかな甘みで、苦味のコーヒーにマッチしていました。 また伺って他の珈琲を飲んでみましょう😃 とても良い時間を過ごせました。

山あり谷あり座間の坂道もなんのその、美味しい珈琲豆は如何です？ ランチを食べたお腹いっぱいのその後は珈琲タイムと考えてこちらをマップで探し訪問しました。 かしわ台という駅方面から此方へ向かいましたが、このあたりは坂道が多いのにびっくり、到着したお店の前からは一軒家の山々？が向かいに見え普段無い風景はなんとも楽しい軒先です。 お店は「焙煎珈琲店」らしい造り。 小さな焙煎屋さん併設のお店なので「喫茶店」と思うと珈琲だけ（チョコレートなど多少簡単な物販はしている感じ）なのでガッカリしますが飲めば来て良かったと思うお店かと思います。 味のある小さな一枚板のテーブルは素敵でした。 ブレンドの名前に「こやま」（中煎り）、「星の谷」（深煎り）、「入谷」（浅煎り）、などと書かれていたが後々車で走ってここいら辺の地名だと気が付きました。なるほど。 こやまブレンドと、星の谷ブレンドを喫茶にて頂きましたが私はこやまブレンドが飲みやすく好きな味。 いつもは深煎りが好きですが何か独特な味わいと香りがあり、美味しかったのですが好みとは外れていました。 結果こやまブレンドともう一種類買い「あの味のコーヒーを家で淹れられるのだろうか？」等と考えつつ帰路についたとさ。
