Open for lunch only no dinner, food from 11 am to 2 pm but might get sold out at 1:30 already so get there early! No take out and no reservations possible, no delivery. Also don't enter the restaurant with dripping wet beach wear because you won't be served. Very delicious everything, the sauteed chicken, black beer, chocolate cake, craft coffee! Very stylish modern hip place and affordable prices. They have vegetarian menu too. After 2pm you can enjoy cakes and coffee, very special juices of the season all presented very nicely. The restaurant was spacious and clean. The owner was flexible enough to offer lunch to guests who came in after 14:00, the usual deadline.

The food was good but what pleasantly surprised me was a wide variety of draft beers. Most places around here have Orion or Kirin beers only, but this remote part of Okinawa had Brooklyn Defender IPA on its menu! Granted, only two beers of the day are available from the selection but it still says something about the owner's dedication to quality beer. She was a kind lady and quite easy to talk to. This guu guu restaurant is very strict with their rules about not going in with wet clothes. I was wearing a sarong and my bikini and I wasn’t dripping wet since it’s already been a while since we’ve last swam but the lady here was very strict and told us we can’t enter and eat there. We went to Yoshidaya instead and was even happier with our choice. The Yoshidaya owner is soooo cool and speaks fluent English.
