蔵王のらーめん家 — Restaurant in Zao

We arrived there about 10 minutes before the opening time, and there was already quite a long queue forming. The place seems to be very popular! We had to wait for about 10 minutes to be seated, and since there were 4 of us, we were divided to be able to eat at the same time. There is not much space in the shop, they only have counter seats, and a total of maybe 20 people can get inside. It fills up really fast, so if you cannot wait, better choose another place. If you are ready to wait, it will be totally worth it! They serve shio ramen (salt-based broth ramen) with chashu (braised pork). You can choose from three options: ramen, with a few slices of chashu, chashumen, with bigger chashu portion, or double chashumen, with one of the most generous portion of chashu I've seen in a while ;) Each ramen comes in normal or big size. The broth is light and clear, chashu is soft and full of flavour. They also serve chashu onigiri, and you can also buy chashu as a souvenir. Usually I am not a big fan of shio ramen (salt-based soup ramen), but this ramen is totally out of my expectation. It is not salty and the savory of soup is great! 蔵王のらーめん家さんにオジャマしました✨ やったね🍜 前回入店できなかったけど、今回は営業されていました😁😁😁 入店すると右手側に券売機発見!! ダブルチャーシュー大盛り＆味玉トッピングをポチり・・・念願叶いチャーシュー祭り開催準備完了です😭😭😭 少しして着丼!!! 前情報あってもインパクト「大」ですね✨ まず、スープをゴクリ・・・優し〜出汁感じるけど塩味抑えた感じで美味しゅうございます✨ 麺をズルズル・・・縮れ麺がスープと合う〜出汁感じる😁😁😁 いよいよチャーシュー祭り開催!!! パクっ＆追いチャーシューパクっ・・・ 肉🍖と脂身、そして切る厚みのバランスよ～サイコ～でございます😳😳😳 コレは美味しい🤩🤩🤩 チャーシューに染み込ませたタレの染み込み具合もバツグンです✨ もう白飯が欲しくなった😊 （メニューに追加して欲しくなりました🙏） 味玉もしっかり味が染み込ませてあって美味しいです✨ 美味しいラーメン＆チャーシュー＆味玉ご馳走さまでしたー!!! また今度オジャマさせていただきますね～!!!
