Fantastic hearty home cooked food with the warm hospitality of mother and daughter. Simple food done superbly right. Tonkatsu, Katsudon and curry udon. Delicious juicy pork and chewy udon. Lady boss was so kind to serve us Japanese apples after which were peeled and cut nicely. Feels like having a lunch at my Japanese home.

豚かつ定食200g（1,500円）を頂きました。豚肉は蔵王のJAPAN Xを使用しており、脂身が美味しかった。豚汁と小鉢で沢庵とふきの煮物と何故か麻婆豆腐が付いてきますが、麻婆豆腐も美味しかったです。 付け合わせはキャベツの千切りではなく、レタスとキャベツの千切り（レタスの方が多い）とマカロニサラダが付いてきます。 豚かつにサラダの水分が付いてしまっているのと、ご飯がチョット柔らかすぎるのが残念でしたが美味しかったです。

温かい白玉ぜんざいをいただきました。抹茶風味のお茶と刻んだカリカリ梅付きです。甘さ控えめで私は口に合いました。もっと気候が暖かくなったら冷やしぜんざいもよさそう。連れは葛切りの梅みつを頼みました。 甘味処ですが、「山菜天ぷら（タラの芽・うど・こごみ・ふきのとう・行者ニンニク）」も美味しそうでしたし、サービスで付けてくださった「豚平（とんべい）」は、内側トロトロなたこ焼きの、具をベーコンと蔵王チーズにしたようなもので、けっこう気に入ってしまいテイクアウトしました。 落ち着きそうな店内なのに、テレビつけっぱなしで落ち着かなかったので、☆1個減点 なお、駐車場はないので、町の無料駐車場（「神の湯」む...
