If you're looking for an unforgettable dining experience, the Beach House restaurant “The Lookout” is an absolute must-visit. From the moment you walk in, the ambiance sets the stage for a memorable meal. The highlight of my visit was the Asian Crispy Beef Salad—a perfect balance of tender, crispy beef, fresh greens, and vibrant Asian flavors. Each bite was an explosion of savory and tangy goodness, with the dressing adding just the right amount of zing.

For dessert, the Brownie with Jersey Ice Cream was the perfect ending to an already incredible meal. The brownie was warm, rich, and decadent, paired perfectly with the creamy, smooth ice cream that added a refreshing contrast.

Service was top-notch, with friendly staff ensuring everything was just right. Whether you're enjoying a leisurely lunch or a special occasion, The Lookout offers an exceptional dining experience that I can't...

Me and my partner ordered the nachos with no add ons, the duck pancakes and the truffle fries when he came back to the table they had charged him £47! It should of only come to £39 with the prices on the menu, but when he went back up to ask them about it they had added chilli beef to the nachos and said it was too late to take it off. That was an extra £4.50 and I have no idea what the extra £3.50 on top of that was for (we only got a refund for the chilli beef). The meal came and I had one mouth full of the chilli beef I knew it was going to be way too spicy for me one of the girls did come out and offer to redo them without the chilli beef. They bought back a bowl of nachos with no sauce at all just some cheese and a very small amount of chopped veg. Once I had eaten the thin layer of cheese I was left with a big bowl of corn chips. I pretty much paid £15 for a dry...

Schade

The Lookout Beach Café is in a really wonderful location with a beautiful view. We went for a walk on the beach today on a hot day and noticed the cafe on the way out and decided to stop in there on the way back. When we then, quite thirsty and very hungry for a delicious ice cream, reported to us at the bar (as requested by the signs) to be assigned a seat, we were given 2 menus and asked to find a seat, one would come soon. Unfortunately we waited 15 minutes. In the meantime, the gentleman who gave us the menus spoke to other people (apparently no guests) and shortly afterwards walked past us with a colleague who greeted us friendly, looked at us, and walked away without a word further. In short, we didn't feel welcome and left as a result. A short "one moment, I'll be right there" or "my colleague will take care of you right away" would have made the situation more comfortable for us. We also understand that things can sometimes take longer. But the way it went today...that was more than...

Super cute little cafe beside the beach. Open late until 8:30pm on workdays. A lovely and relaxing place for family and friends. Cute interior. Have free high-speed WiFi. Friendly staffs. Food can be both a surprise and a disappointment. The Jersey ice cream, iced coffee and cauliflower soup are must-try! On the other hand, the fusion confusion-surf & turf was a real confusion. Everything had that weird sauce that made the whole dish overly sweet.

Visited a couple times before and had a great Cesare salad both times. Today went for a burger special, the mountain burger. Caramelised onions, raclette cheese, gerkin, Parma ham, great quality burger, lovely brioche bun just a fantastic burger. Little more expensive than other places perhaps but totally worth the cost. Not only highly recommended for food but also a great location on the south coast.
