Good food, good dessert, good service and an amazing view. We ate in and then took something away. Both the bean burger and the beef special are really good, we both enjoyed our meals accompanied each with a cup of green tea. It's good that there are plenty of vegetarian options and they can also adjust for the vegan diet if desired. It was funny that we had to come back after we already drove for 5 minutes, as the take away order they gave us was not complete- we only got the cakes but not the sandwich-, but the lady was really nice and she offered to give us an extra cake- we chose ice-cream instead (really good choice). I plan to come back soon.

This is a small food shack on the pier at Rozel bay. The servings are generous, they have outside seating some of which is covered. There are toilets and the prices are competitive. There are 2 things that annoy me a little and they are that the turning place for cars is right outside and in late summer the wasps are a real pain, so many that even the water and jam jar traps on each table are swimming with them. I have kept returning mind. There is a seperate serving hatch for ice creams which is useful when queues are long.

The Hungry Man is a legendary destination for both visitors & locals alike. Situated at the end of the pier at Rozel parking is extremely limited so don’t be disappointed if you can’t find a parking place. The menu is, as you’d expect, rather limited. However, sometimes it’s the quality of the food rather than the variety the counts. In this respect the food is always worth the effort of getting there and is, for Jersey, really good value. Highly recommended!

Best place to grab some delicious food on the go with an amazing view and beautiful beach. Very popular with the locals. Note - not a reflection on the Hungry man (more just info on the area) Parking can be hard to find at busy times in the summer and there may be a few wasps about, but if you take a walk and sit on the beach they are less likely to bother you.
