I had a very disappointing experience at Zuhoor Alshafa Restaurant. The customer service was terrible from the start. We had to wait an unreasonably long time for attention, and when we finally got our food, it was completely incorrect. I immediately brought this to the staff’s attention, but they didn’t take any initiative to fix the mistake. They simply ignored our request to correct the order, which was incredibly frustrating. On top of that, the meal was way overpriced for the small portions and poor quality we received. A few pieces of meat that were underwhelming and not worth the cost. Overall, this was a very frustrating and unsatisfactory experience. With such bad service and no effort to resolve the issue, I won't be returning, and I can't recommend this place to anyone. Best grill I’ve ever had! We had half kilo of mixed grill (chicken and lamb were superb! Kofta was not bad either) and a small mezze plate (the beetroot moutabbal and eggplant salad were particularly tasty). All meat was marinated fantastically. Their naan bread was also very fresh and delicious. This was one of the best meals I had in Amman. Staff members were warm and friendly. Considering the number of customers they had, the food was not too slow. While waiting they served free cardamom tea and it’s not tedious to wait at all. Will definitely recommend and visit again!

Had a delightful experience at this restaurant! We opted for the mixed grill and riyash, both of which were delicious. The ambiance is pleasant and well-organized. The staff were friendly, making the visit even more enjoyable. Prices were reasonable, and they offer a variety of dishes including Iraqi and Jordanian cuisines. A lovely touch was the welcoming Iraqi tea they serve at the entrance. Highly recommend checking this place out. It's conveniently located in Tlaal Ali, near Souq El Sultan, Amman.
