The food comes relatively fast when you order, i’ve been to this restaurant countless times and we’ve never had an issue with the food being cold, late or any problems at all even! —— Service: The service and hospitality this establishment has to offer is amazing! The employees are extremely respectful and very welcoming to anyone that walks in. Any issue you have the employees will rush to make sure you get the best experience. I’ve been to many restaurants in Jordan however the hospitality and welcoming this restaurant offers is just top tier.

—— Atmosphere: Great atmosphere and it is a clean restaurant overall. The tables are cleaned very frequently and the chairs are in good condition. Rude staff that will yell at you!! It was our first time visiting this restaurant. They ushered us upstairs and told us it was non-smoking area. When we went upstairs, we found many people smoking and the waiter told us there is no non-smoking area (so they lied). Secondly, the waiter that seated us was extremely rude and disrespectful. He didn’t say a word to us, threw 1 menu in the middle of the table and walked away (we are a table of 5 persons). Then we asked for another menu, he came back with 1 menu and threw it (not tossed or handed, but threw it) in the middle of the table. Then we asked for a 3rd menu and the waiter lost it on us. He was extremely rude and no etiquette. We called for the manager and he didn’t come for 10 min and didn’t even apologize for our experience and implied a “so what” attitude. Lovely restaurant in Amman! We had the opportunity to visit it thanks to our guide Ziad. We were greeted with strong tea by a traditionally dressed waiter who was happy to pose for a photo. You can also see in person how the typical Arabic fine crusts are prepared by hand . The interior transports you to the beautiful Arabian world. Large comfortable tables and chairs, full size camels in silver. Very beautiful garden. The service is more than great! At the end of our lunch we were served fruit as a compliment and our waiter made us lovely flowers from them.
