TARY Ayusai — Restaurant in Almaty

It is a beautiful setting, but unfortunately, this might be the worst service I’ve ever had. We waited ONE HOUR for a simple burger and salad, despite there being only one other table with customers. We repeatedly asked for updates, but nobody gave clear answers. The manager’s attitude was both mocking and apathetic.

It’s baffling how a place in such a beautiful setting can provide such terrible service. The food was mediocre at best. Definitely not worth the price of 10,000 Tenge (23 USD) for a mediocre burger and salad.

They offered complimentary fried bread to make up for the wait, but we declined. This was a total waste of money and a truly terrible experience. Improving service speed and customer communication could significantly enhance the...

We went here twice during our stay in Almaty, both for breakfast. It is a lovely resto near the Ayusai Visitor Centre, perfect for chilling before or after you visit the Big Almaty Lake.

The vibe is very relaxing, and food is good as well. What can be improved though is the speed of service, and since the staff cannot understand English, communication was a bit of a challenge. My drink was incorrect, even though Ive used google translate to communicate, it didnt really help.

Мест заявлено как 60 На ватсапе не отвечают, номер бесполезный Связь местами ловит плохо Блюда какие то выносят быстро при полной посадке, какие то долго. В выходной день народу много. На летниках нет вентилятора, но зонтики для тенька. Снимаю звезду потому что в летнее время поднимают сильно цены в меню( смотрите на фото меню) и обслуживание на 10 а 15%. Блюда вкусные, но порции не большие. В основном это место ради красивого вида. Официанты плохо говорят на русском, в основном на казахском. Бесплатная хаотичная парковка

There is a terrace outside and lounge area inside. It is noted that there restaurant can manage 60 people at one. What's upp number is hardly a contact number, nobody answers. Bad connection in some places. Some dishes are served fastly, some quiet long. A lot of people on weekends. There are no fans ij sitring area outside, but parasols make shadow from the sun Minus one star because their prices in summer are higher ( see the pics of menu) and service is 15% instead of 10.
